Lesson Plans

This week students are working together to purchase a car.  They will be given a credit score and a monthly expense sheet.  They will have to find their Cost of Credit and see which car will fit into their life style.

Class Feb. 12, 2016

I will be out today.  Please be on your best behavior.

1st/2nd Period-You will go to the computer lab.  You will either work on your homework at the tables or work on Coolmath on the computers.

4th, 5th, 6th, 7th-Please turn in your homework FIRST.  You will take a quiz over volume.  Please turn it in the tray when you are done.  You will get a test review when you are done taking your quiz.  If you happen to not get finished with your quiz until the end of class, you are still responsible for getting and completing the review.

8th Period-Continue to work on your project quietly.

**All classes may listen to their music while they are working but NOT during your quiz!!  The sub has the right to take this away from one or all of you.

Class Instructions for February 5, 2016

I will be at a workshop tomorrow.  Please be on your best behavior.  You may listen to music on your earphones, if you are working.  The sub has the right to take this away from one person or the whole class.

 

1st & 2nd period-You will go to the computer lab and work on Coolmath.com at the computers.  If you would like to work on your homework for any class you may do so but quietly at the tables.  Please no more than three students per table.

4th, 5th, 6th, & 7th period-You will watch two short video lessons on volume and fill out the worksheet that goes along with it.  (The links are below)  You will then complete another worksheet.  What you do not get done in class it homework.

8th period-You will continue to work individually on your project.  You may listen to music but ONLY if you work.  There should not be any talking unless you are asking a QUICK question about instructions of the project.
